The larger black boundaries represent the 2010 Census tracts. The two colors within the boundary represent the new 2020 Census tracts. There were ten new 'splits' or tracts created from the 2020 Census in New Hanover County. A, B, C represent the more drastic racial demographic changes among the ten new tracts.
